I have had an exceptional experience working with Ken at Washington Square who helped me narrow down my search for the perfect cut that fit my needs and price target. He graciously met with me multiple times bringing each time new diamonds for me to review that fit my narrowing ... search criteria until I finally found the right one. His patience and attentiveness made the experience truly personal and meaningful. It was clear that the underlying goal was to build a trusting relationship between jeweler and client. Ken’s work to even help facilitate customizing the stone’s orientation in our designer setting allowed for a truly unique ring. Since the proposal we’ve visited the Washington Square location numerous times for cleaning, and to decide on a suitable matching wedding band. When Ken hasn’t been on duty however, we’ve time and time again experienced a lack of patience and aggressive attitude from the location’s manager. Whether it was regarding our concern for fitment of the shadow band or even just to ask clarifying questions, we always leave feeling like we must be stupid or an inconvenience to this person. A year after the engagement we had settled on the band, but not without receiving a vaguely threatening suggestion from the manager that the designer might sue if we allow anyone else to create a shadow band for us, accompanied with a promise that the designer band would match perfectly. Finally after many weeks with the engagement ring in the hands of the designer and after waiting patiently for our shadow band to arrive from the designer, we received a band with sub-par fitment and symmetry to the engagement ring. With Ken unavailable, the manager again addressed our concerns with rudeness and a lack of patience, at one point suggesting that our expectations must be too high. The rings quite-literally can’t mate at the top without a mm gap between the bottoms of the rings, and when they do it is still a marginal fitment at best with gaps and discontinuities that cheapen the look of the engagement ring. What could have been a simple interaction of empathy and willingness to fix the issue, became yet another alienating and disheartening experience. I don’t need the drama, and I’d walk if it weren’t for the fact that they’ve got her rings, and the fact that I know Ken will help us correct the band and make this right. We chose Kassab for a genuinely personalized, high-value, family-owned experience that we felt chain jewelers weren’t able to offer us. Now I’m wondering if we should have just put up with the same rudeness at half the cost with the car-salesman-jeweler across the mall. Read More

I had a ring that needed to be resized and I had heard amazing things about Kassab's service and personal touch. I didn't purchase this ring from Kassab. I honestly couldn't be happier with Kassab and Phillip at the Lake Oswego location! I've known Phillip for just over a year now and I've already purchased 4 rings from him. Phillip and his team there have been beyond supportive, coaching me through my first big ring purchase and making sure that everything was perfect for soon to be bride. Believe me when I tell you that she was BLOWN away by the engagement ring that we put together for her, custom build! I can walk in anytime and ask for a polish or tumble, Phillip never charges and is always game to take my calls or texts with questions for my next potential purchase. I brought my engagement ring into Kassab Jewelers to be resized. Never having had any fine jewelry in my life and zero background in anything related, I had no idea what to expect and was surprisingly nervous! From start to finish, my experience was perfect. I actually had a ring ... that needed to be sized down 2.5+ sizes and given the construction of the ring, additional assessment needed to be done to determine it was safe to do so without compromising the integrity. From start to finish at the Washington square Kassab facility, we were greeted as valued customers. My now fiancee and I had beforehand shopped from Jared's, Ben Bridge and Helzberg diamond/jewelers, and what stood out between them and the outstanding service was that Kassab and Michael did not judge us ... based on our casual clothing. Individuals from establishments prior to Kassab WS stated that F colored, Internally Flawless, excellent cut diamonds on a platinum setting were reserved for 'Museum quality' and were well beyond our meager affordability and access; yet Michael helped us attain such 'museum quality' with no judgement and full precision, concern and care unmatched for us as first time/last time Fiancee's. I want to recognize Penny for all her hard work helping me get my engagement ring fixed. My husband bought my ring 8 years ago (not at Kassab), and when one of the stones fell out and was lost, my insurance, State Farm, recommended Kassab for doing the repair. Penny ... (who works in the downtown location) did an amazing job, she did not jut replace the stone, but had the jeweler look at the Natalie K setting and realized that several prongs had worn down, and I would likely lose another stone if I just replaced the one that was lost and did not address the rest of the setting. She took care of everything, from sending in the ring to Natalie K to have them create a whole new setting for me, to having her jewelers re-set my stones, and re-attach my wedding bands. They even had an official appraisal done for me. I cannot say enough about all the hard work and follow up that Penny did. She truly made sure EVERYTHING was taken care of, she didn't just do the quick fix. I would come back in a second to Kassab, they have amazing customer service, and really do what is best for the client, I am so happy that State Farm recommended them, I will be a customer for life! I went to the Kassab location in Lake Oswego to get an appraisal on a piece I had ordered through an online designer (no relationship to Kassab). The appraisal proved that I had been taken advantage of which left me without an engagement ring two weeks prior to the proposal ... that was supposed to take place on our upcoming vacation. I was devastated to be in this predicament and overwhelmed to search for another ring. Phillip initiated a search and has gone above and beyond to help me obtain another ring to give my partner within a short two week timeline. The personable service I have received from the team at Lake Oswego has been so compassionate and genuine that I feel like I walked in as a random customer but am leaving as a friend. After visiting several other jewelers, my fiancée and I decided to visit Kassab Jewelers. We ended up working with the wonderful Penny. She was welcoming, extremely helpful, and quite patient with the demands we placed on her. She also took the time to educate us with regards to the quality ... of the diamonds. She also physically showed us several diamonds to help us understand the difference in quality between different diamonds. We really appreciate the effort she went to make us more well informed consumers. Although we purchased our diamond from another store (unfortunately, we already had store credit with that place), Penny took the time to obtain several diamonds for us to look at. Despite this, she was able to help us find the perfect Tacori engagement ring setting for our diamond. In all honesty, they have great deals on both diamonds and rings. Kassab exceeded all of my expectations by a mile and I can be a demanding and picky individual so that really does say a lot. They patiently helped me pick out a ring. We had multiple sessions over the course of several weeks because I was looking for something special ... and unique but didn't know exactly what. First they ordered a few settings that I was interested in through a designer and when I saw them in person I ended up not liking them. Eventually we went through everything they had in stock and I was finally able to narrow it down to a top 2 and eventually a top 1 choice. My top choice was originally way out of my price range but we worked together and found a way to make it happen by looking at different stones, they flexed on their price more than they probably should have, and I flexed on my price range more than I should have but the end result was a show stopper of a ring. That ring looks like fire and ice, grabs your eye from every angle and distance, and if that wasn't enough the ring is made of the best materials and feels like a ring that will last a lifetime. My fiance constantly gets complements on her ring and I owe that 100% to Kassab (and specifically to Heather and Pierre). Heather's vast knowledge about rings was almost inconceivable: from ring design to durability and quality to potential repair issues and everything in-between and Pierre (who's also the owner) is a genuine class act who seems to have the strongest desire to give a final product that you;ll be 100% ecstatic about. Here is a little more background but really I could go on and on with lots of praise... They were ultra focused, attentive, patient, filled with idea, suggestions and understanding. They ordered rings and stones for me several times and I never felt pressured to buy anything from them. I entire time I (day after day, week after week) I felt like they just wanted to help me make the most important decision of my life and wanted to be one of the hands that helped me get there. They fully understood what I was going through (without me ever having to explain it), the magnitude of the decision I was about to make and how I needed it to be absolutely perfect. After I finally picked the setting and stone, the setting needed to be custom made and this time to fit a round stone instead of a princess stone we have looked at - and and this normally take 4 weeks. I asked if they could do it in 2 weeks and possibly ship it to me while we were on vacation in Seattle so I could propose there and they found a way to make it happen. They shipped the ring via overnight Saturday deliver to the Front desk of the hotel so that I could have it the exact day that I planned to propose, and the proposal went well. =o) Afterwards my fiance loved the ring, but still want a few things modified (from a personal preferences standpoint) like the height of the ring and she wanted to see if they could add a few more details. We brought the ring in, gave them the specifications and a few days later they had customized it again to her exact specifications. I really can't say enough about them, I could go on and on as I already have. Just so you know they aren't the only place I went to, I pretty much went everywhere and looked at everything online and in person and Kassab just happened to be the best place, with the best people, the best selection, and without a doubt the best service! Other stores just weren't that knowledgable about rings, rings quality, and how they could be modified or customized (the question itself produce blank stares and a long pauses), so all-in-all most places were just more of a cookie cutter/what-you-see is what-you-get type of operation. I am forever grateful to the folks at Kassab Jewelers (especially Heather and Pierre), blessed to have come across them, I would give them a perfect score on every possible category, and really the best compliment I can give them is to say Kassab will be our jeweler from this day forward - there is just no comparison. Our relationship with Kassab Jewelers began at their Portland store around the holidays last year. My fiance and I live out of state but travel to Oregon often, and were searching for a specific Northwest-based designer, Sholdt, whose rings I had been admiring online. That's when we met Sandy Ponder, ... who is genuine, effusively enthusiastic and totally dedicated to her work. Sandy and fellow jeweler Penny shared anecdotes about why they loved the Sholdt line and how they work closely with the family-run company. She invited us down to the Lake Oswego location to see a particular setting we were looking for that they had in-store there. After confirming a couple days later that it was 'the one', Sandy communicated over email with my fiance about all of the next steps of process. She and fellow jeweler Phillip helped him through all of the steps of choosing a beautiful diamond and having the stone set by Sholdt in Seattle. They made everything so easy given that the communication was mostly email based. Sandy even included a congratulations card that he shared with me after he popped the question! She followed up with us over the following months. We emailed Sandy when we were ready to pick out our wedding bands. First, she opened the store early for us at our request given our very narrow window of time on our weekend trip to Oregon. Totally accommodating. Second, she asked my fiance to pick from a series of wedding band photos in a follow-up email so that she could have an array of suitable choices waiting for him, and proactively ordered in the matching Sholdt bands to go with my engagement ring, without us even having to request them. She was so patient and took plenty of time with us during our wedding band appointment and we are looking forward to purchasing our rings from Sandy at Kassab. I had seen the Kassab located in Washington Square before I had actually begun looking for a ring for my fiance', and remember being absolutely AMAZED at the different designers, and incredible selection. I had looked at literally thousands of rings in the past in every place imaginable, and new ... a bit about what I was looking for. I came upon a designer online, Verragio, that I had never encountered, but LOVED the exquisite look and ironically when I searched for local dealers, there was Kassab!. We special ordered our ring with slight changes and weren't sure how it would look, but we were greatly encouraged by our personal jeweler Diane Armstrong, and when it arrived everyone thought it was absolutely stunning! My bride was happy, and so was I. As well as having changes, it was a rush order and because of time constraints the owner put in a call to rush it in time for the wedding. How often does that happen?? We owe a special thanks to Diane, and everyone else at Kassab who helped with this incredibly important purchase. I (we) cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Kassab Jewelers. My fiancé heard of Kassab through a friend who said if he's gonna take the plunge he has to buy the ring from Kassab. So of course when we were ready to look Kassab was ... the first stop. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with a warm smile, a friendly introduction and handshake. Not to mention genuine excitement from the sales staff. It was like we had stumbled upon the Nordstrom of Jewelers! I immediately fell in love with their ring selection (it is the best in Portland hands down!). Since it was our first stop we felt like we had to do our due diligence and make our rounds before committing to anything. Unfortunately for the other Jewelers in town, Kassab set the bar so high no one else came close to the service or selection and attitude that Kassab brought to the table. I am embarrassed to admit this but we went to all three Kassab stores, WA Square, Lake Oswego and Downtown to look at a ring I had fallen in love with on our first visit (I was a little excited), and every location had amazing sales staff. Which made our choice very easy. Once we had decided Kassab was the Jeweler we were going to choose to pick out my engagement ring we went back to the WA Square location where we met the person who took our experience to the next level, Rana Kassab. What a woman! Rana has impeccable taste, you will realize this the moment you meet her. She is beautiful and sophisticated; I was ecstatic that she would be working with Dave to pick out my ring, as I knew her input would help us find the perfect one. She is incredibly knowledgeable, she listens to what you want and need (which is so refreshing), and always makes you feel important. What more could you ask for! While I knew this the first day I met her, it became even more apparent when my fiancé was so proud of his hard work and showed me the email chain between he and Rana to find the perfect diamond. I was blown away, the fact that she was willing to go to that length to find him exactly what he wanted and in every email was so pleasant and upbeat and never once gave up, that is service I'd never experienced in my life. Which is why Rana will not only be our lifetime Jeweler but has become a very special friend!!! As if I wasn't already impressed, Rana then took the time to send me a long email with the names and contact information for the vendors she had researched and selected for her wedding to help me plan my big day! Kassab Jewelers,Thank you so much for helping me to find the perfect engagement ring. Kevin Houstman was so incredibly helpful. He worked so hard to find me a diamond that my fiancée would love and would fit in my budget and specifications. He even surprised me with a diamond that ... was 0.3 carats larger than I thought I could afford and that was after I had spent countless hours online at all of the major diamond stores. As Kevin told me the first day I walked into the store, give me a chance and I will find you a better diamond than any of the competition. He definitely kept his word. I am incredibly picky and went to almost every diamond store in town. I want to learn everything I could about the diamonds and even get to the point where I could feel fairly comfortable evaluating a diamonds clarity and color without needing the jeweler to tell me. I noticed very quickly that diamonds don’t all sparkle the same. I told Kevin that I want the most sparkly diamond I can get. He had three diamonds shipped in for me and they were amazingly sparkly. It is all about the cut, which Kevin told me about and I knew based on lots of online research. He let me look at them in every kind of light possible and I was so pleased compared to other stores I had visited. He wasn’t trying to hide them under special lights, these diamonds truly were sparkly. I am very thorough and Kevin was always so helpful. I made at least 10 trips to Kassabs and every time Kevin, the stores manager, would stop what he was doing and help me out. He was never in a hurry and always very patient. He gave me a lot of great advice. The next major decision was what setting to get. My fiancée and I fell in love with a beautiful setting that in Portland is only sold at Kassabs. They have such a great selection of settings. It was a tension setting that needed to be sized perfectly because it can’t be resized. I had Kevin size her finger twice and he was able to get a perfect size. We had her finger sized at two other places and both were off by .25 -.5 sizes. Kevin also was able to talk with the designer and get them to adjust the ring size to fit the large diamond and my fiancées small finger size. Kevin is very skilled at his job. My fiancée loves her ring. She gets complements daily by complete strangers that tell her she has the most beautiful, sparkly ring they have ever seen. Hello, My name is Yolanda and I was in the Washington Square store about two weeks ago. I went in to get information for my roommates boyfriend and ended up getting engagement ring information for myself. Bhakti was extremely helpful and got me to realize what I really wanted in ... my engagement ring. She gave me many suggestions on how to make my ring affordable, yet what I wanted. She even went as far to take a picture of my ring and send it to me 30 minutes after I left the store. I can't speak highly enough of Kassab jewelers at Washington Square, and more specifically of Rana Kassab. I was blown away by the kind service that I received from the moment I first walked into their store. I walked in a very discouraged jewelry shopper, ready to throw in the ... towel and forget about it. I lost my beloved wedding set in August after being married for ten years. Thankfully, it was insured, but the process of shopping for a new rings was not the enjoyable experience I had hoped for...until I walked into Kassab's. I had an idea of what kind of setting I wanted, but in most stores, the salespeople simply didn't listen, tried to sell me something we couldn't afford or didn't want, or made me feel like they were doing me a favor by opening the jewelry case! When I first met Rana, she immediately and happily offered to walk with me to another store in the mall to see a unique setting that I liked! I couldn't believe it. Back at her store, she suggested many rings that were the style I was looking for, and she was fun to chat with as well. I felt as though I was a valued customer in their store, and like they really wanted to help me. It was never rushed, and I didn't feel pressured to "just pick" something as I had in other stores. What a nice change! I changed my mind several times on ring details, and Rana was always extremely helpful. After going into probably more than ten stores in the Portland area, I finally have a new set that I love . The quality of the setting is also amazing, and the price was great too! Kassab's has a very classy and expensive look, but don't worry....you will get a fair price. A similar size stone/setting (of lesser diamond quality) was $2500 MORE at the jewelry store right across from Kassab's in the mall. I kid you not. I did my research and comparison shopping, both around town AND online.We got a very competitive price at Kassab's. I definitely learned a lot in my quest for a new ring...there are some good deals to be had online, but there's nothing like seeing diamonds in person, and personal service. I ended up getting easy financing and on the same day I took the diamond in, I walked out with a new pendant 4 hours later.  A tear drop of diamonds surrounding my diamond, which sits right in the middle! We went to Kasaab at Washington Square, looking for a unique anniversary ring. I worked with Rana on email several times and I just wasn't sure we'd ever be able to find what I wanted. To me surprise, when we went into the store, Rana has hundreds of styles for ... me to look through. I was disappointed, though, because we were looking for styles with sapphire accents and there were very few...until Rana showed me her trusty marker! She went above and beyond working through all of the styles, coloring in the diamonds with a blue marker (that cleaned off later) to show where the sapphires would go. Kevin,I thought you might want to know about an exchange I had when comparing your price on the round stone I'll be looking at tomorrow.I safely assume you take no offense that I shopped a couple of other places for price.On my way home today I gave The Shane Company ... a try.The story isn't what they offered, which by the way was a lower grade stone for $500 more. I thought you should know the advise they gave to me when I mentioned was planning on a Ritani setting at Kassab. In the interest of keeping this email short I'll make a bullet point list of things they told me. I want to emphases that I am going out of my way to not exaggerate anything, especially on the last two bullets. Kassab uses custom high intensity lights to add artificial sparkle to their goods. This is silly and I don't care about this. Why wouldn't a jeweler use bright lights? Kassab deliberately uses EGL diamond certification to gain artificially high marks on their stones. What I've read comparing EGl vs GIA has suggested that EGl may be more liberal. We will talk more about this when I come to view. the Shane Company carries Ritani. Yet they couldn't show me a single setting from the brand and Ratani.com doesn't list the Shane Company as a retailer. Kassab has been sued before for selling designer rings, but then making knockoffs in the back and selling them as legit.So make sure to check the ring for official markings. I know the jewelry business is very competitive, but this was over the line entering into the area of slander.I made the guy repeat himself that he was specifically talking about Kassab Jewelers.The irony of it is the only lawsuit I could find involving your company was Kassab Jewelers, Inc. v. C Kassab Designs, LLC, where you guys had to sue another company for copyright infringement of the Kassab brand.Anyway I don't know what you can do (if anything) about this but I thought Shane Company's actions cross the line from competitive to fraudulent.I'd be glad to go back in maybe with someone from your store that they don't know if you would like. Dear Penny & staff of Kassab Jewelers Downtown, I wanted to write an email to you to tell you how much I appreciate you all and also to let other potential customers know why it is more than worth it to do business with you. My experience with Kassab started ... with a few tears.My engagement ring bought at a jeweler that recently went out of business was not all that they said it was.I took it into Kassab to be re-sized and re-rhodium plated.After Penny looked at it she took it back to the jeweler to have a closer look to see if they could in fact size it.He came out to explain to be that before he could do any work to it it needed to be completely repaired and re-worked.Several diamonds were loose and when the other jeweler sized it initially they had not done the work they said they would. With it only being about a month old, I was heartbroken and felt deceived by the other jeweler. Penny and the jeweler at the downtown store were compassionate and understanding.Penny even stepped out from behind the counter and gave me a hug to calm me down.They took my ring in and gave me a more than fair price to fix it up to wearable standards as I could not afford the entire re-working.When I picked up the ring I was ecstatic.The jeweler had fixed most of the ring and I have worn it since with no problems and constant compliments.Since I had such a great experience with the repairing of my ring when it was time to get our wedding bands my fiance and I decided there was no other place we would want to do business at.We made an early morning appointment and Penny and the whole staff helped us with our wedding bands.We were finished in about 45 minutes!I was a little worried going in that our budget would be an issue but I can't believe how reasonable the prices were even with mine being custom made to match my engagement ring! So I finish my review with a few words of advice to prospective clients.As a person who has worked in customer service my whole life I am extremely picky with who I do business with.I have been to about every jeweler in town and they all made me unsatisfied in certain ways, whether it be hovering attention, associates gossiping, trying to sell me something and not listening to what I asked for, or just plain not knowledgeable about what they sell and not to mention unreasonable prices.Kassab NEVER made me feel anything other than relaxed and happy.They are trustworthy, knowledgeable, passionate about what they do, honest, and most of all, understanding. They are real people who want their customers to have a TOP NOTCH experience. The second service I’d like to refer you to is one I’ve had extensive time working with. One day while looking for a jeweler who could help me build a ring for my then-to-be fiancee/wife I chose at random a jeweler from a list of Portland area jewelers I pulled ... up. I don’t remember the first ones name because they were both rude and uninformed, but the second call blew me away. To give you some background info on the situation I had just started a new job after being unemployed for a couple of months and as such had no substantial resources to work with financially. I was very up front with the lady on the other end of the phone and told her that I had no down payment then and would definitely not qualify for any in house credit lines. In what I figured out was more than a sales move on her part she acknowledged and then dismissed the issue and told me they would have no problem working with me. Still wary I told her what I was looking for and we set up a meeting. When I arrived at the shop Penny (the lady with whom I had spoken) was waiting for me and broke away from her work to come and sit down with me. I had emailed her several pictures of rings I wanted to approximate and then told her the parts I liked and disliked about each. We talked some more and she showed me a few of the rings they had along those lines. When I finally settled on one that I loved we moved onto the stone. Karley had made it very clear to me that she didn’t want a diamond on a stick ring, no matter how gigantic the stone was. In fact she didn’t want a diamond at all bless her soul. She wanted a yellow sapphire.  Penny told me not to worry about it anymore that evening and to go home; I would hear from her in the next few days.True to her word I soon got a call from Penny with great news, her buyer had found her a wonderful selection of stones and I should come in and choose one. After choosing a stone the ring was sized and the design was finalized, they even modified the band from the manufacturer with two extra side stones that Karley wanted to fill out the look.No, the story doesn’t end there. While at the Portland Bridal Show later we stopped by a booth without looking at the sign and asked them if they had anything that would match her engagement ring with a band. Karley wanted a cradle band that would hold the engagement ring on both sides and conform to the shape of the ring, without detracting from it. The jeweler helping us called over a nearby gentleman wearing white gloves and asked him if he had any suggestions for us. He took the ring and studied it and after a moment said “I know this ring,” and asked us if we were working with Penny. It was Mr. Kassab, the owner of Kassab Jewelers. He told us what he thought we should do with it, and to call Penny and set up a consultation when we were ready.When we went into the store again to meet with them he and Penny were both there, and when we couldn’t find anything suitable in their stock they told us to let them take a wax mould, and they would build a ring from scratch to cradle the one we had, and not scratch off the fine detailing that existed on the engagement ring. Needless to say, the final product was perfect; and our experience there couldn’t have been better. They were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and reliable. Dear Penny, When I first began the process of selecting an engagement ring, I found most of the local stores to be intimidating.  Many jewelers only showed me very expensive rings and I felt pressure to spend out of my price range. I went into the store with the mindset of just looking around and seeing the same kind of jewelry as all the other stores as well as online. I had never purchased an ... engagement ring before and somewhat had an idea of what I was looking for but was never satisfied because the other stores did not carried the diamond color that I wanted. While I was in Kassab Jewelers, I had seen a ring that caught my eye instantly and had never seen a similar one anywhere else. I knew that this was the one my girlfriend would absolutely love! Although there was still the issue of the diamond color and not being able to see what the ring would look like with it in place, the sales associate helped me in ways that none of the other stores did. She showed me all the options I had using techniques that I never would have thought of and never would have thought a jewelry store would do. With a lot of progress made, there was another issue of purchasing the ring. I was staying in California at the time and only had a few days before I had to go back. To Rana Wow! I am so thankful that we didn't buy elsewhere now (not that we really wanted to anyways! :) I would not want to spend that kind of money and not have any kind of warranty. I was aware that they could not special order any product, but ... believed that they could sell what they had in inventory - which left me to believe the product would come with warranty, and not necessarily sold "AS-IS".As for Garry's ring, we have decided that it is definitely "the one" that he wants. I recently decided to upgrade my 2 carat princess cut diamond ring to a 5 carat round brilliant. After filtering through the millions of shady websites offering "great deals", the chain stores with all of their corporate policies and plastic sales people, I had all but given up. There is ... no way I was going to send tens of thousands of my hard earned money to a person I have never met and know nothing about. About two and a half hours south of Seattle, in the City of Tigard Oregon, there is a family owned jewelry store named Kassab Jewelers. I was in Portland for the weekend with my sister and we took the afternoon off of soap operas and drove ten minutes out of Portland to a Gorgeous Center called Washington Square. Within seconds of walking in to Kassab's I actually shook hands with THE OWNER, his wife and daughter, as well as his sales assaociates that he treats more like his own family than employees. The diamond selection was like nothing I had ever seen. Designers like Tacori and Verragio - I hate to sound like a teen but....... The shop is hott! I was so comfortable and Pierre is an absolute kick! I was laughing so hard at the stories and jokes about his kids, life and romance that I was in tears. Following the hearty laughter I got down to Bizz. They were able to beat Blue Nile's price on the diamond (GIA CERTIFIED WITH EXCELLENT CUT GRADE) and to accommodate my "dream ring" design I have always wanted, The jeweler (at the shop mind you), hand made the whole thing from scratch. I would venture to say this is the difference between a piece of jewelry and an heirloom. NO SALES TAX, better prices than the internet, lifetime trade in, AND THEY FINANCED ME!
